Lightning Deals are time-limited discounts offered by restaurants on select dishes. They have limited stock, so grab them while they last. You can find them in the Deals section.

Dine-In Presets are curated dining experiences created by restaurants. Browse available presets, pick your party size, date, and time slot, then confirm your reservation directly through OctoFood.

OctoFood is pickup-only, so there are no delivery fees. We charge a small 1% service fee that is shown transparently at checkout. No hidden charges, no surprises.

After picking up your order, you can leave a Yay or Nay review. It's a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down system — no complicated star ratings. You can also add optional reasons and a comment.
